Homan won 9-4 against Krista McCarville (Thunder Bay, NONT), then won 8-4 against Chelsea Carey (Calgary, CAN) and 9-4 against Robyn Silvernagle (North Battleford, SK). Homan went on to lose 9-6 against Einarson in their final qualifying round match.
