In their opening game, Ross defeated Brent Gray (Kitchener-Waterloo, ON) 6-5, then won 10-6 against Joe Frans (Oakville, ON). Ross went on to lose 6-5 against Rob Retchless (Toronto, ON). Ross lost 8-6 to Frans. Ross lost 7-5 to Daryl Shane (Listowel, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Ross earned 1.050 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 19 of the event schedule, Ross did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Ross ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
