In their opening game, Ferris lost 8-4 to Rob Retchless (Toronto, ON), then responded with a 9-6 win over Brent Gray (Kitchener-Waterloo, ON). Ferris won 6-4 against Andrew Fairfull (Listowel, ON). Ferris went on to lose 7-4 against Ian Dickie (Mississauga, ON). Ferris responded with a 9-2 win over Gray in their final qualifying round match.

Ferris earned 6.300 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Ontario Tankard - Qualifier 3. For week 19 of the event schedule, Ferris did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Ferris ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
