Nowlan won 9-3 against Sarah Mallais (Saint John, NB), then won 5-2 against Melissa Adams (Fredericton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.

Nowlan earned 6.630 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the WFG Jim Sullivan Curling Classic, moving up 138 spots the World Ranking Standings into 189th place overall with 6.630 total points. Nowlan ranks 143rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 6.630 points earned so far this season.
