Edin won 7-1 against Jaap van Dorp (Zoetermeer, NED), then won 7-4 against Kyle Smith (Perth, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the EURONICS European Masters, Edin take home 21.244 world rankings points along with the $7,000CDN prize.
