Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE) finished 7-2 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hasselborg defeated Anna Kubeskova (Prague, CZE) 6-5, then won 10-4 against Eve Muirhead (Stirling, SCO). Hasselborg went on to lose 7-4 against Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI). Hasselborg responded with a 7-4 win over Iveta Stasa-Sarsune (Riga, LAT). Hasselborg went on to lose 6-4 against Madeleine Dupont (Hvidovre, DEN). Hasselborg responded with a 8-7 win over Alina Kovaleva (Saint-Petersburg, RCF). Hasselborg won 8-4 against Veronica Zappone (Trentino, ITA), then won 8-2 against Oona Kauste (Aland, FIN) and 7-3 against Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Le Gruyere AOP European Curling Championships Championship title, Hasselborg earned 62.244 world rankings points, remaining in 1st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 595.389 total points. Hasselborg ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 319.972 points earned so far this season.
