Eddie MacKenzie (Charlottetown, PEI) finished 2-3 in the 28-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, MacKenzie defeated Bowie Abbis-Mills (Aylmer, ON) 6-4, then went on to lose 9-5 against Bryan Cochrane (Ottawa, ON). MacKenzie lost 8-6 to Michael Fournier (Montreal, PQ) where MacKenzie responded with a 4-2 win over Philippe Lemay (Trois-Rivieres, PQ). MacKenzie went on to lose 6-0 against Brad Jacobs (Sault Ste. Marie, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

. For week 11 of the event schedule, MacKenzie did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 47th to 50th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 28.425 total points. MacKenzie ranks 87th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 3.750 points earned so far this season.
