Streich won 5-4 against Bingyu Wang (Harbin, CHN), then won 8-3 against Amber Holland (Kronau, SK). Streich went on to lose 6-3 against Cheryl Bernard (Calgary, AB). Streich responded with a 5-3 win over Cathy King (Edmonton, AB). Streich went on to lose 10-7 against Rhonda Skillen (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
