Biggest Winners/Losers in Player shifts

#1 - without a doubt its BJ Neufeld, the great curling mechanic who served time during the legendary McEwen dynasty of Manitoba in the early 21st century - BJ and Koe are near matches in disposition which could result in some very sleepy viewing - but brilliant shot-making. BJ was going nowhere with Mopey Mike - he's got a real chance to break thru w/ Koe.
#2 - Bray Moskowy - the big man from Sask'n has escaped the vice-grip of Reid "Not Enough Shots" Carruthers. Depending where he lands he could be operatig a Saskatchewan dynasty of his own kind (or helping)
#3 - Weepy Val Sweeting - after nearly a decade of disappointment Weepy Val moves her act to Manitoba - where she's vicing for Keri Einarson. If Val adjusts to 3rd spot - she could be the monster Einarson requires to dominate Manitoba and factor into the next Scotties.

#4 - Steve Laycock, Kendra Lilly, Tracey Fleury.

Biggest losers - Joss Peterman - coming to Team JJ as the Jones meteor begins burn-out phase. Auto-birth into STOH only guarantee - plus a guaranteed salary as part of the Jones organization. However, as JJ continues to deteriorate in shot-making their results will reflect it.

Hmmm, didn't know Kendra Lilly was in the running for biggest winner/loser. Since she isn't going anywhere. Shouldn't expect anything different from M.I. though.

Let's wait until the end of next year before we proclaim winners and losers. I think the winners will be the ones that stayed the course instead of jumping ship or leaping provinces, with or without being "residents" of said provinces.

Kendra is a winner and a loser. She's vice on the nation's #1 truly amateur team (they now have auto-berth entry into STOH but don't play a full or even close to full tour schedule - which hurts them in the end)

The auto-berth is nice - but Kendra might have been a better bet touring with Keri Einarson - a proven 3rd vs. a 30 yr old skip (Val) lowering herself to 3rd
