This is an absurd claim for many reasons; for starters that front end had noticeable issues with sweeping judgement during the Brier, and there were at least two front ends at the event that are ALWAYS steller in that regard.
Remember, he declared Beth Iskew to be the best woman's third in the world last year. The man just isn't knowledgeable enough ( on ice experience ) to really see the game. He sees the scores and the winners and bases 99% of what he says on that. Once he decides someone is a star he pumps that theory to death on here for years ( think Jeanna Schraeder ).

Basically what these guys like to do is bait regular curling topic posters and hope to get them banned. If the site was regularly moderated then guys like this would have to go to the food bank (assuming they don't already) to use a public computer. Cuz they'd be banned for conduct, just like Guido!
btw - worst one is "Guest".....nine ender is extremely abusive but I've actually seen some of his posts where he talks about curling, when he's not abusive he's fairly knowledgeable!!!

And every site has your type. The attention seeking "expert" who floods threads or starts parallel threads to a main thread so they can hear themselves, state ridiculous views and opinion as fact, trash competitive players, etc ... and anyone who calls you on this is labelled as the "problem".
Use a Blog or Twitter and see how much traffic you'll really get.

If you think a poster is merely attention seeking, then why do give them so much attention? Ignoring the attention seeker would be a more sensible solution than spewing crap at him. If he truly is just wanting attention, then you are giving him exactly what he wants.
