Capital Curling Fall Open

Just to be clear, this should not count for CTRS/OOM points, because men and women are together, but in separate sections of the draw, correct?

According to the rules no, but earlier this season a similar situation happened at the Twin Cities Open. It was resolved by the men being eligible to earn points still.

I would wager the same is going to happen for this event.

That is correct. No CTRS points are available for this event. Twin Cities Open was different, teams were seeded into pools throughout the event and thus the event was eligible for CTRS/OOM points.

So if this was an Men's and Women's combined (seeded) event it would qualify for points? Even though the min team amount on the CCA CTRS site is not met?
What about the Curl Atlantic Championship a few weeks ago only 8 men's teams but they received points?
