Gold line Fibrelite Brooms

I recently got one of the new fibrelite brooms from gold line
it was used but now every time I slide out the broom head flips to face the ice, I have one of the original brooms and I have for the past 7 years, and I've never had this problem has anyone else?

The head can be fixed/replaced by Goldmine. They have done it at no charge for many people. Great customer service.

took it to the curling store they fixed it up good, the previous owner had mistightened it so it was out of the groove
