Corn Broom Covers?

Hi All,

Been watching Manitoba at the brier and I noticed that the Neufeld's are both using some sort of cover over their corn brooms. After doing some research, all I can find is that Jon Mead used one in his final run with team Howard. Anybody have any idea what these covers are and how to get one?

Anyone handy with a sewing machine could cover your broom. Looks kinda like the old rink rat style.

Or you could go the McEwen route and just wrap it with different colours of electric tape from the dollar store...
