Vernon, BC Prestige Hotels & Resorts Classic

The Vernon, BC Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic is set for 9/30 - 10/3 and the men's side needs four more teams to be points eligible. The men's event has 8 teams currently signed up while the women have 26+ teams already registered with a strong international field. The event could be bumped up to 16 men's team with sufficient entries and the payout would increase to $21,000 CAD with a triple KO format.

This event has a world renowned ice maker, Dave Merklinger and a strong international field shaping up. They have great sponsors and pay out is substantially more than they pull in through entries. Based on 12 teams with a $1050 CAD entry they are planning to pay out $17,000 CAD.

Now is the time to get entered. Contact the VCC at vernoncurlingclub@shaw.ca to get registered. Men's teams currently entered include Cotter, Geall, Morozumi, Pierce, Schneider, Tardi, Bilesky and Clark.
