I noticed that he has a spot in the Manitoba Tankard. The World Juniors are the same time as the Brier. What happens if he wins the Manitoba Tankard? It can possibly happen since he has beaten McEwen, etc before.

Maybe they'll drop out of provincials now that they've secured the World Jr. spot. Unless they figure that provincials would be good practice for World's.

I doubt they will want to drop out of provincials. Even if they don't win it the event would still serve as a great tune up for the worlds.

It definitely is a possibility that Dunstone and crew could win playdowns but also remember that McEwen and Carruthers have been planning all season to peek for this event.
