I can't connect to stream the broadcast. Anyone else having problems.

I can go anywhere else on the net. I'm able to sign in. But I can't access the broadcast. Frustrating.

On the plus side at least Neulion charged me twice for the service and didn't respond to any of my seven emails over the last two weeks. So now I have to go through my credit card company to get the charged reversed. Again, frustrating.

Buy one problem at a time. Anyone else getting the buffering circle from hell. Ive even tried different browsers. Still no joy in Mudville.

Not streaming for me either. The replay games are available - just not the live games.

Sounds like a technical issue on the Sportsnet side. They have been made aware of the issue.

I've tried contacting Neulion. Their hopeless. Maybe you can get someone from Sportsnet to light a fire under them. Cause their service is pretty terrible.

In addition to the fact that their stream is not working today. They double charged me for service. And failed to respond to any of my seven emails on the subject over the last two weeks.

Me neither. Can't even get the previous games to load. Pretty annoyed. Just glad I didn't pay for the entire Grand Slam season package. I can guarantee I won't be subscribing to the next event.

Sent an email to neulion over a week ago now and still no response. Pretty bad service. They charged me and it appears many others for a service we never received and won't answer any of our inquiries. I am able to watch the replays now but that wasn't the point of subscribing to a live service. Thinking I am going to have to escalate my complaint through alternative avenues because no business should be able to treat their customers like this. An email acknowledging that they had technical difficulties and a credit towards future events would have been the appropriate response and one that any legitimate business would have taken immediately. It is really too bad because I thought the idea of subscribing to the slams was great and I would love to have that option for all events.

I feel your pain Icehog. Actually I feel it redoubled.

Cause these mofo's charged me TWICE for this subpar service. 7 emails later, to both email addresses provided, and not a single response from them.

I escalated by going through Mastercard's dispute settlement process.

A laborious and time consuming process because on top of not being able to provide a live streaming service they are also wholly incapable of responding to a simple email message.

So Sportsnet got back to me and has provided a refund/compensation. I suggest anyone with problems contact Sportsnet online support directly. They are apparently looking into why no one has been responding to the emails to the neulion address.

I emailed Sportsnet television (feedback@sportsnet.rogers.com). They were pretty confused and didn't really know what I was talking about but they put me in touch with sportsnet.ca (SN_DigitalProducts@rci.rogers.com) who were able to help.
