Hope Jenn finds her draw weight tomorrow - brutal. She is usually so good with those draws.

I think she will need it in a final.

Today's game vs. USA was classic Jones - absolutely CLASSIC . . . .

JJ gets a substantial lead - abandons her amazing offensive gameplan - gradually fritters away lead and then needs a hero shot by who else? JJ

TO WIN . . . .

Like I've maintained all season - Jones might be scooping up a ton o' money, beating inexperienced teams to win her 6th Scotties - but way too much errant shooting - ie. routine extra point draws, poor roll action, giving opponents too many outs!

If Sweden throws up a 4 x 90 performance I think Jones chances at gold stand around 15 to 20%

If Sweden tosses up 4 x 80s - then Jones chances approach 45 to 50%

Not bad, not bad at all.

Jones is a survivor - and now she's got a tiger by the tail.

WIN OR LOSE - JENNIFER JONES HAS BEEN THE BEST THING FOR CANADIAN WOMEN'S CURLING THE LAST 15 YEARS.

Her personality, her players, her interviews, her comebacks, her nail-bitin' wins, some upset losses. She's the best we've ever had - with all due respect to Sandra Schmirler and the gang.

13 Scotties appearances - 6 Gold, 3 silver, 3 bronze. Nobody even close.

Olympic Gold - unbeaten!
and either
2 World Gold + 1 Silver (plus a lonely bronze)

or 1 World Gold + 2 Silver

NO ONE CLOSE

Homan the only current player/team with half a chance!

At 43/44 she's unbeaten going into the gold medal of a worlds.

We're lucky to have her. And super glad she finally settled on Dawn, Jill & Kaitlyn - all super-stars in their own rights!

not really, just trying to save him some time by not writing all that before the game is even over and he knows who has won.

I just don't see the point - but whatever.....I have a scroll button, keeps on going...

Well as little as I feel about the farce they call "world Curling" (they all play in Canada) and the farce of possibly having a 12-0 team knocked out by a 6-6 team just to sell play off tickets, I have to give the US credit for clawing back. A few breaks and a few great shots and they made a game of it. That took guts.

They said the American Skip was from Ottawa....did she learn to curl there or was she young when she went to the US?

Too bad that both of Jamie's last two well thrown rocks were over swept. No guarantees without last rock but would have had a chance to win or tie and go extra end with hammer.

Curling karma is very strong. Korea never mentioned his name once. Karma bit a big chunk out Korea.

I’m glad the USA beat them & gave Canada a challenge last night. Jenn & team had better have all their shots against Sweden, no more light draws Jenn!

Sinclair needs to fire here sweepers or Alex. They cost her the Bronze medal.

Her last shot was both inside and heavy, a bad combination regardless of how it was swept. Had to sweep for line early AND it was already heavy. No passing the blame.

The sweeping for line early was a misread in my opinion since that cleared all rocks by a number of inches, and could have used less sweep.

either way her last rock was heavy and victoria would have been able to follow it down and tap back for 2 if needed

Team Sinclair did us all proud. They competed on every stone - it was a good game and an amazing week. Only a very few can ever say they were in a medal game at a world's championship. Well done!

Maybe Alex thought there was more curl in the ice on the last two? That's why it's a game. Loved the way they took the aggressive route in the 10th.

Jones' strategy on her last shot in 10 was poor. Russ pointed it out well.

But that 11th end...what drama! I totally understand how both skips missed their final shots.

Great crowd in North Bay all week long. Good job North Bay!
