How it works:

Each team is given 25 points for a win, or has 25 points taken away for a loss. Those numbers are averaged together, and added to the opponents' averages, to determine the actual number. In practice, this is done over and over, in cycles, with everybody starting at the same number, until the numbers "freeze", where they don't change even if you run them again. A win in the first round of the C-bracket, however, counts the same as a win in the championship final against that same opponent.

Note that as some bonspiels haven't been connected overly well to the cohort, which is why some of the rankings appear to be out of whack. In general, take anybody's ranking with fewer than ten matches with a grain of salt.

Note: This only takes matches into account for the 2014-15 season, which also count towards the World Curling Tour Order of Merit. Also note, Stephanie Lawton has gotten Sherri Anderson's points, as she is expected back at some point, and that is her team.

I do anticipate updating this from time to time, however, I'm not sure how regular this will be.

Message to moderators: Is there any way you guys can start accepting xlsx files? Would make this a lot easier!

I seem to be unable to download this file into a legible format. This may be due to the whole xlsx thing. Anyone else having this problem? Any tips?

That's weird...I converted it into an .xls format before posting.
