World Tour Schedule 2017-2018

Might be a little early to ask (although they announced this years full 16-17 schedule on February 14 last year)but I was wondering if anyone knows where all the Slams for the 2017-2018 season will be? I heard the GSOC will be in Regina but wondering about the others? Just curious what communities will be hosting the slams next year?

why schedule's not set yet

I suspect the reason most of the locations aren't pinned down yet is due to the uncertainty the arenas have about the next NHL season.

I've read the NHL have prepared two different schedules, one where they have a break for the Olympics, and one where they don't. In recent days, the commissioner has indicated they will not be having a break, but that's not final yet. Until it is, and the full hockey schedule is known, the NHL arenas that might also want to host one of the Grand Slam curling events can't commit themselves to a specific date set.

(my own fingers are crossed Winnipeg is in the mix for one this time)

Has any GSOC event ever been held in an active NHL arena? I can't recall any.

They played some in Winnipeg before the Jets came back. So, no.

It can happen, but it can't be for the Players' or the Champions' Cup. I also think that those arenas are too big for Grand Slams.
