Pottinger 8-5 Could spoil Da Brown party, great team would be a pleasure if they were Olympians.

Potter-Haskell-Johnson 7-2 Just doesn't seem like the desire is there, very understandable. Don't count them out..

George 5-1 "Youth is wasted on the young", wonderful young ladies, but is a big hill to climb..

Lank 3-1 Just our opinion....

Tough one. I'm not betting Team Erika because Willy gives us nothing for odds. I like Team Allison's chances, but those odds aren't much better.

Gimme Team Cassie. A load of red potatoes on the nose. Add a small exacta bet with Courtney finishing second just because the odds are an underlay.

Team Pottinger is definitely the hottest team we have this year. They've entered 5 quality cash spiels and did not have a losing record in any of them. Signature wins over Cheryl Bernard, Janet Harvey and Amy Nixon get added to wins over China, Korea, Japan, Russia and one of the Swedish teams.

Of the nine teams coming to Fargo, Team Pottinger has been running the best.

Once again Wicks Picks had top two but picking chalk is easy'

Brown -120 Probably the better team top to bottom, but does this team want it too much? Will Erica be able to slow her heart-beat and live in the moment ?

Pottinger -110 If they get the early lead they may never look back!

Both these teams will look good in Olympic gear, and both will represent good old USA as the best we have. Line is 6-5 that the winner medals in Sochi.

The women have a great rep either way. Im not sure what there chances of medaling are. id rank the US 5th behind canada, switzerland, scotland, and sweden. So i could see them medalling but if the 4 teams ahead of them play their best i dont think so. Then again after the disasters of 2006 and 2010 for the ladies a 5th place might not look so bad

Team Brown and their fearless leader can taste Olympic Glory, will the pressure be to much? Watch Erica's in-turn early in the game it will tell the tale.

Pottinger -135 Pressure is off and this team would look really good in Olympic clothing.

Brown +115 Can they finish the deal and achieve Olympic fame? Would be fantastic Olympians.

Congrats to Erika and her team. They will be great reps at the Olympics. As I said id rate at least 4 teams ahead but with a little help I could see them grabbing a medal.

Misty has come around to see the light! Before last year's Worlds, she was a doubter. Now will she ever learn to trust Tuck?

I, too, would put them around fifth in total team talent. Experience, however, will move them up one or two spots. I like their chances at a medal. By USA standards, we have a reasonable shot at gold. By World standards, we have a very good shot at a medal.

I was so into the first game that it took me a dozen rocks to realize I was sitting and talking with Ian Tetley. Lordy, I am a moron.
