Looking at the leaderboard for both genders, I can't help but notice that North Dakota rules.

Easties in 2nd place in both competitions. Looks like I was right again and Tuck owes me some sugar beets or something.

Crazy game tonight 12-10 Guzman. Two 4s for WI (one a steal). And now Guzman is the number 1 seed since they beat Alaska.

North Dakota Women are alone in 1st place after the round robin and I must (very quickly) say "I told you so." Rachel Tharalson Workin (a very good curler) will be flying home early due to prior commitments and will miss the playoffs. ND is still my pick to win, but all betting is off.

North Dakota Men are through to the playoffs. Well done. The remain my pick to win but no betting due to Greg Persinger's presence on the Alaskan team. After carrying all of Brady Clark's team for years, Greg seems to now be able to carry the entire state of Alaska (just teasing Brady and Alaska; which are fun things to do).
