Location for 2014 Safeway Championships

I thought I heard on TV this past weekend that next year's Safeway championships will be held at the MTS Iceplex. One of the arenas there has seating for almost 1,400. However, all those seats are along the sides. Most people prefer to watch curling in an arena from the end seats, not the sides. Are they going to try to put in seats at either end?

I heard they are looking at other locations within Winnipeg as well, so the Iceplex may not be the chosen venue yet.
