Alberta Tour Berth will be decided in the Boundary Ford Classic Final

(Dec 1, 2008) -- The Boundary Ford Curling Classic final game will determine the winner of the Alberta Tour Berth for the Alberta Scotties being held in Sylvan Lake, January 27th - February 1st, 2009.

Lloydminster is the final stop of the Alberta Tour with the winner receiving 20 points and the runner up 14 points.

Moore entered the weekend with 5 points. A win will give them a total of 25 and a second place finish a total of 19.

McCutcheon entered the weekend with 9 points. A win will give them a total of 29 points and a second place finish a total of 23.

The leader of the Alberta Tour, Lisa Johnson, entered the weekend with 14 points. The team loss in the first round of qualifying games left her with a final total of 19 falling just short of grabbing the berth.
