Glenn Howard (Toronto, ON) won 5-3 over Brady Clark (seattle, WA) in the Final of the Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic, held October 26 - 29, 2017 at the Sarnia Golf and Curling Club in Sarnia, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Howard won 6-4 over Mark Bice (Sarnia, ON) in the semifinals of the 2017 Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada; and won 7-3 over Dale Kelly (Chatham, ON) in the quarterfinals.
 
Howard finished 3-2 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Howard lost 6-2 to 's Scott Dunnam, then responded with a 5-0 win over Todd Birr (Blaine, MN). Howard went on to lose 7-3 against Ontario's Wayne Tuck Jr.. Howard responded with a 6-5 win over Rob Ainsley (Toronto, ON). Howard won 5-4 against Heath McCormick (Blaine, USA) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic Championship title, Howard earned 30.864 world rankings points along with the $4,800CDN first prize cheque. For week 12 of the event schedule, Howard did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Howard ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
