Farrell won 6-3 against Christine McMakin (St. Paul, MN), then won 7-0 against Emily Anderson (Broomall, PA) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Farrell earned 11.386 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the USA Women's National Championship, moving up 14 spots the World Ranking Standings into 108th place overall with 43.949 total points. Farrell ranks 116th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 19.296 points earned so far this season.
