Driendl lost 8-2 to Anna Sidorova (Moscow, RUS). Driendl lost 7-5 to Eve Muirhead (Stirling, SCO). Driendl lost 7-5 to Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, CAN). Driendl lost 10-5 to Ayumi Ogasawara (Sapporo, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Driendl earned 8.000 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 112 spots the World Ranking Standings into 98th place overall with 9.750 total points. Driendl ranks 78th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 9.750 points earned so far this season.
